Complete extension - The workers were on time for the period of work despite severe weather at the beginning of the task. Generally, easy to contact and pleasant people who always accept views and suggestions.

Gas leak - Quick to respond to request. Explained what was needed. Very happy with work carried out. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Ground floor extension - 10/10 for Jimmy, Alex and team for completing our extension. The quality of work is top notch, excellent. Nothing is too much for any of the guys, very polite punctual and even work late into the evening to make sure jobs are done I highly recommend to friends family and will definitely use again for future projects.

Full house extension, loft conversion and house split into two 6&3 bed houses with 8 bathrooms - Absolutely amazing builders! Very professional, reliable and courteous. Single storey extension and replaced the old existing roof with a new one - Absolutely brilliant work! Aleks and Jimmy from Top Property services managed to fit us in after we were let down by an other company, we were promised by Top property Services to finish the extension and change the whole of our old roof and the work was finished in just over 6 weeks. Extremely professional and always on time.

The job was done perfectly and left the place everywhere tidy once finished, we would highly recommend those hard working men and most definitely use them again in the future. Jimmy (Gzim) also fixed our boiler free of charge as he is also a qualified gas engineer.

To install the radiator and replace the radiator valves. To fix a leaking tap - Gzim and his partner carried out work to replace the radiator valves and install my radiator and fix a leaking tap. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are very punctual and professional, always arrive on time.

Gzim takes the necessary time to investigate the issue and makes sure he fixes the problem. He is my first point of call and every time I am provided with high quality of work. I am always very happy with his work and reasonable prices.
